  In the past, I was amazed at the terrible state of the store. The parking lot is in desperate need of new pavement with parking lines repainted. The front of the store could use a touch up, badly. It's age is showing. The size of the store is quite small with a large amount of product inside, making for small aisles and cramped movement. As someone who once worked for the company in a different state, I felt the store needed to be reorganized big time. In my last visit to the store, it seems the employees there had more respect for customers and better stocking methods. Though, I have witnessed mountains of broken down cardboard on the floor or on u-boats blocking aisles and corners, making for an unsightly mess. This never should be how they handle cardboard boxes during stocking, if it is still happening. Unfortunately, I would sooner visit Kmart or Wal-Mart than this Family Dollar. This store could seriously use a good renovation to be more appealing.
